Again this would hit big problems though, because no offense to anyone of you, and I'm sure this is true for most people with me also, but I don't mind meeting you up etc... even for a few hours at a bar, pub, concert... but I don't really want to go sightseeing with everyone... from museums, to monuments...

A meet-up would work but I'd imagine only in an evening or something like that, unless of course there was something like a concert attracting everyone together.

You have to remember that on tour people met up and made friends perhaps but they wouldn't have done so without the concerts, the tour itself!

I'm sorry... if you can get it all together I'd probably pop along if I'm dragged but I don't think something like that would truly work.

Hahahaha I can see this happen. Everytime when we go to a new place we
'll have to count heads to check if everyone is complete again and so on. Yes it would be fun !

it never works unless Vallie is prepared to make us all nametags, packed lunches, provide us with clipboards, backpacks, pens, sunblock, and drinks.

Otherwise back to reality:

someone wants to eat at a nice restaurant, someone at pizza hut, someone just a sandwich, someone nothing at all at 5pm, they want to eat at 6 or 7 when noone else does... someone's been to leicester square a hundred times, someone never, some hate london, some love it, some don't want to go to this place and that, others do...

and then even then if I went with Laura I'd probably only end up talking to maybe 2 or 3 other people (ditto if i went alone) because syou can't have 15 conversations all at the same time.

you don't *have* to do everything together all the time! I think that's never possible with bigger parties anyway... Just split up in groups for certain attractions or whatever and get together whenever people feel like it.

Still I think it's a nice idea and it should be possible, it would need a lot of arrangements way in advance though!

I am prepared to look after some things and arrange but if everyone is convinced it won't work I won't put my time in it ... Too bad

affirmative, although I can see a few of us getting on/talking due to common stuff (ie history + rock etc to use one example) theres gonna be people that just dont have anything in common at all except Bon Jovi :s
