The fact that the US couldn't win a second resolution due to divided opinions & have gone anyway has left the UN in tatters!!

Sure it is their job & all that... But it isn't necessary - they don't need to be sent to face death...

& how do u know they'd prefer to be there?? If I signed up it would be because I wanted to defend King & Country - not secure Oil or something for some over indulged greedy nation. U seem to give the impression that they signed up because they enjoy War - not because they want to defend the country.

I hope they come through this invasion unscathed - but would prefer it if they didn't have to face this at all.

Btw - the 12 - were the British members of the Crash that was killed... In total (16) over twice more than the shuttle disaster.

Mike
I didnt say theyd prerfer to be there. The war must be fought through. We cant hide in our little democrace and pretend we cand see what saddam is doing to his own people that makes us worse not better than then, to turn a blind eye to what he does when we can so easily help is **** shocking and im glad we are finally doing something about it. (these are blairs pionts not bush's. Bush is paranoid and rightly so.)
I don't think it must... Did u see question time last night??? In a bid to increase your understanding/? & why is it now about the humanitarianism of the Iraqis?? - That is an after thought mentioned after Months of trying to convince us!!
Actually, that is all that the USA has been hearing about for months. How we have to free the Iraqi people. I don't think it was an after thought being that is one of the things the media has been focusing on since day one.
Well certainly not over here - where it was excuse no. 3!!

& do u really think Iraq is in more need of liberation than Zimbabwe??? I really like to hear why u think this is so....

It was probably overlooked in the whole "War for Oil" campaign.

Well said by the way some people are talking youd think this was a french board or something.[/quote]

Is calling people that are against the war French ever gonna stop? It bugs the hell out of me to be honest....muslims are all terrorists, Italy=mafia, Germans and English=beer addicts....this is starting to stink.
People are individuals not a mass of think-alike's. I'd think you'd know that.

As you should know, of anything chemical weapons they might find only UN has the right to report. So this makes this plain propaganda. And they have already denied they found anything...
