What would happen if we cut off charity all together? You would get your wish, and evolution would proceed as you want it to. America would be your hero.

No. I'm saying that as the biggest contributor, if the United States stopped sending aid to these countries, there would be alot more famine unless another country took up the responsibility. But as long as we do the majority, why should they?

Maybe if certain policies were changed there would also be a lot less famine. Like governments who have to sell vital farmland in order to pay back debts.
