If the husband and wife both wanna do it, then why not. If it adds the spice needed for the relationship to stay strong then it can only be a good thing and it can help people who are prone to cheating to get that out of their system while still faithful to their partner.
In the end, it's just sex, so as I said, as long as both people are happy with it, I don't see anything wrong with it at all.
