Xilisoft's DVD Audio Ripper will come up. But the trial version lets you only rip a few minutes.
Smartripper and BeSweet come somehow to my mind, but it was too long ago that I used either of them.
Google around a bit under "rip dvd to audio" or something like that. There are tons of manuals out there.
