What has the fact this was published in Brasilian paper to do with anything? This was written by Paulo Coelho, who is "not only one of the most widely read, but also one of the most influential authors writing today."

I got the feeling some people don't know who he is, they should do a Google search...

His most famous book would be "The Alchemist: A Fable About Following Your Dream", and another good one is "By the River Piedra I Sat Down and Wept".

One of his books, "Veronika Decides to Die" even takes place in Ljubljana, Slovenia!

It really seems that you Mousebounce and Mongoose are in the minority with your views.

The economic reasons behind the USA war... you've missed them totally?

Who gets to rebuild Iraqi after bombings? Who's gonna pay all this? Who shall rule Iraq in the future (and how long)? Who gets hold of most of the oil fields?

Take a wild guess

So because I am in the minority, I am supposed to change my views.

The fact that Saddam is a dictator that kills/tortures his own people does not bother you?

a) I mentioned it was a paper from Brazil because someone said it was the view of the world, a paper from A country..as in one..cannot be "the view of the world" (sic)

b) About being in the minority...maybe on this board - but overall we are in the majority..take England..whilst 1 million are out protesting (maximum..wont ever be overtaken) where are the other 65 million? sat at home laughing at the silly hippies that think they can make a difference

I find it interesting I am branded pro war because I dispute the fact its not a national view, what berates me is the anti war do-gooders that think their view is the only view, the right view

what ever happened to tolerance? In my opinion these anti war types are just a little bit totalitarion in their ways...you should meet Saddam, sure you would get on just fine
