I will ask the same question that never gets answered.

If war is not the answer, what should be done?

Should we just turn our heads and pretend what Saddam is doing is right? Ignore the fact he has had 12 years to disarm???

I am just curious to know what you all think the answer is??

Is it soooo hard for you to think that shock horror, your way of thinking isnt the most supported? Thats certainly what it sounds like.
U seem most upset that ppl don't see your point of view... & u really think world view is for it??

& r u so unable to debate the ineptitude of the governments handling, there lack of focus on domestic matters over what is now a 'War of liberation?'

Or even diccuss the profound consequences this may have??

Very rarely do I have this discussion with you Mongoose where it doesn't turn into a bitter reprieve of how misguided, & wasting their times by having the conviction to stick up for their principles...

Very rarely do u hear me saying Pro War ppl r trigger happy sadists?? Because its not true.... Usually...... Just like not all anti war ppl r hippies... I am against it but am 'lazy' as Choc says...

Or ... I have a life to live.

The man was neutralised Anything suggesting otherwise is speculation as shown by the gov'ts ineptitude to show he is a threat since September. The war will create more problems than it will solve

(IMO)

If its about humanitarianism as Bush said in his speech... God help us all as this won't be the last.

Ok Goose - I just get confused when ppl vehemently argue the points I present...

But I'd be interesting in your thinking behind why most of the country were against a war without UN backing before we went in... & if it is different from the reasons I stated!!

People are fickle, they 'support' whatever seems to be the most popular/ the thing making the most noise

tis simple.

Ive used this quote before,

Quote:
those innocent citizens who, prompted by idealism or boredom, are always prepared to play the role of "useful idiots," as Lenin used to call them
