France stood up and said no to America and that makes it unbrave? Yes, that's it. Saying no to a world bully is cowardless.
Hey, i believe that the budists in Tibet are being tortured by the chinese in the same way as iraqis are, why not go bomb them for a while, oh, and meanwhile, ask dalajlama what he thinks of that solution.
I think it takes a great deal of spine to see what is going on and not sink to the same, and worse level. Again, ask Dalajlama, he would know. Unfortunately Ghandi is dead, he could give you some great advice about it, too. And if you run out of Tibetian people to kill, you can always go on and save Mjanmar.

Oh, and about tradings with Iraq... Most of iraqis oil fields belong to american companies, and some even to private american owners. Let's not calculate how much money did America make with gulf war and how much will it make with this one. I guess Bush junior wanted he's own war too, why should only daddy be written in history as the oil soilder?
You seem confused as to the situation. France said no because they are how is it described now "worms". They have put the whole stucture of the un in doubt by threating to veto and look at the result. They have the political sence of a turtle. And as for the china issue im not aware of it so will not comment till i have read into it. When it comes to those oil feilds they should be given back to iraq when saddam is removed.

It looks like joviscout gets his politics from the Sun newspaper. They are the ones using the 'worm' description.

Yes, let's generalize from history. Americans live on a stolen land, germans are all nazis and they should say nothing because of that, russians are all alcoholics and the british have a religion of their own because they had a king who liked to blame women for his bad semen.

Oh, I see, they're just holding on to them (and the profit they make on them) for all this years till saddam goes bye-bye?

NIce bedtime story. Good night.
