I seen this tv programme the other day on SKY TRAVEL, it was about Finland, they have these communal saunas aong a lakeside, big wood cabins, you spend ages in there then run out along a jetty and dive into a freezing cold lake to revitalise your body. I can well believe that you shock the hangover out by jumping into a freezing cold lake! I so wanna do that, saying that Finland looked absolutley beautiful, i've been looking for jobs out there ever since i saw it on TV.
