drinking lots of water when u get in from the pub or dancing definetely stops it happening. the trick is to find the fine line between being too drunk to not wake up when u need the toilet but not as drunk as u piss urself.
i'd like to say something like a fry up or irn bru as many a scotsman would but after spending several morning shifts hungover in a shop drinking just about anything at hand to try and help, water really is the only thing that won't dehydrate u ever more.
so stay in bed if at all possible, make urself sick if u need to be and drink water simple as that.
