Not getting at you, but throwing my 2 cents in.

I agree that there shouldn't be swearing where it can be helped... not because it is a bad influence, because as far as I see everyone does it, and with the exception of about 2 posters I've never really known anyone who shouldn't be hearing this sort of thing. I just think it shouldn't be done as personal choice, the way Mike said "expand your vocabulary" or something like that. I don't think it should be a rule not to swear though.

Censoring is quite good on the whole on this board, but quite often there are examples of very mild things being censored, and then very strong things just being allowed to pass. And let's face it if someone says **** we can usually know what is really being said in the context of the rest of the sentence.
