The Da Vinci Code

Oh I forgot! I read the English version but my mum read the Spanish version too. I don't know if it was due to the translation or to the fact that she's really touchy when it comes to religion, but she didn't quite like it.

Are you having trouble finding the Spanish translation? Are you looking for a translation in "your" Spanish?

I've been wanting to read this for sometime! I'll have to take a trip to the bookstore soon to buy it, and if they have it, I'll get Angels and Demons - if not both then Angels and Demons first! I'm glad so many people are interested and like it, it makes me more excited to hurry up and get it.

you don't have to read angels and demons to understand the da vinci code. it mentions what happened in it a couple of times, but nothing of any significance.

as for the christian faith part, it draws very heavily on gnosticism. and there aren't very many of those around today. their views on heaven are pretty crazy.

the opud dei part is pretty accurate though. that was almost as interesting as the storyline to me.
