Ah, I didn't know you were talking about the runners LOL.... That all comes in due time Jim... Voting isn't till November. We'll see debates and stuff and I am sure around August we'll see a bit more on the views of the Democratic Candidate and Bush.

I'm really looking forward to see who Kerry chooses to run with him for the Vice Presidential spot. Since Cheney is leaving, Bush has to find someone else and right now, Rudy Guilliani is the next in line I think. Hilary could be a potential candidate for the Vice Presidential spot too if one of the candidates that didn't make it chose not to run with him. Interesting to see isn't it?

Better to be impeached for having some dirty skank do the business on you than be a dirty commie ****.

gradiating slightly back to the topic. i don't believe that people r actually voting for who's going to run for what party without hearing any policies.

Well I am a democrat and there are certain things that democrats and republicans don't agree on. For instance abortion and gay marriage... I don't believe that the republicans are right and I relate to the democratic policies a little better. I already know what Bush is going to do... and that's find a way to lose more money and more lives. So I say a democratic president would be a bit better.

yeah fair enough you know what the parties stand for. same here. Labour are regarded as the workign class party (even though its hard to see these days) whereas the tories are seen as the middle class and business party and the Lib Dems are just anybody who doesn't have a clues party.

But there's still ALOT that they could do that goes against their traditional ideals. i mean the labour party is probably more right than left just now which it's never been. whereas the tories have started talking about tax cuts.

What you need to remember is that the big policies and what they stand for are pretty much whether the party in government agrees or not. It's the individual details that make the difference.

who gives a shit if your pro or anti abortion if the 1st thing the government does is whack a 50% tax on your paycheck?
