is that so? then i would suggest dropping out of the EU as a whole because your country is costing the EU a ´hell of a lot of money. And what does the EU get from you in return? complaints!

After having the Euro for over a year, I would actually now say to the UK: Be smart and stay out of it!!! I have seen nothing positive since we've had it. I don't agree with the sovereinty bit, to me that's a load of crock, a country's worth is not wrapped up in it's coinage and that is a stupid excuse not to join.
Be thankful you have a referendum. The Dutch population now would basically for 90% not choose the Euro if we had the choice. Prices have basically doubled, everything is twice as expensive, a cup of coffee costs 2 euros for Christ's sake!! Our economy is going down the tube, basically because people can't afford to buy anything!
If you can choose, please say NO!!!!!!!!!!!! (Never thought I'd say that, as I was very pro-euro... up until a year ago!)

I think 80% of the population would gladly drop out of the EU, nice to be free of all the stupid rules and regulations and carnival loving gimps (like the ones you see on Eurotrash)

Sweden was always expensive though (or at least so I'd heard). Holland wasn't... coffee used to be a maximum of 3 guilders, which works out to be about 1,30 euro. Now a cup of coffee is about 4,50 guilders!
