I actually anticipated the joke when I heard the name "George W Bush", but it was still very funny.

The jokes are the ones that are true.....
Like, George Bush finally puts his finger on why France's economy doesn't thrive as the US's..... "Their problem is they don't have a word for entrepreneur". There's also the picture where he's looking through the binoculours that still have the caps on!!!!!!
