I think that the moon landing was a fake, altho I don't want to believe it was. I guess we'll find out soon enough, won't those documents become public after 50 years? So in less than 20 years we'll find out. (unless there's a sudden "fire" and they are destroyed, by accident *of course*)

2-3 years ago I got very interested in all these US conspiracies, and as nutty as it sounds for many people the whole Roswell incident seems to have a lot of truth to it... it's been fortunate for the US hierarchies of intelligence (possibly their invention for this purpose also...) that ordinary citizens have allowed it to spiral out of control into a tourist industry and media frenzy

The person to speak to about all this stuff is my old English teacher! He was obsessed by all this sort of stuff... hundreds of books. In fact he owned a shop in the Colisseum in Manchester selling specialist sci-fi and conspiracy theorist literature.

Which is why my history tutor's claim to find my essays "interesting" (whether they mean it or not)

Isn't there also something about radiation in Space? When they show the Russians who landed after the first flight into space they were burt baddly. I do't know what it is exactly, but it's from the Sun and it has low and high peaks... The moon landing took place during one of the high peak times, they basically should have fried!

Also, when it took off from the moon, big jet's firing downwards onto the surface of the moon, yet there was no mark left.. surely you would have been able to see the marks.

Give me a telescope with that I can see the flag and I'll believe it.

Btw the space station wasn't and the new one isn't as far away as it's necessary to do a moonlanding. Also there's a little difference between keeping a route around the earth and landing on a moon. It isn't that long ago when they lost 2 mars probes because of some calculation mistake "by accident". So if they make such mistakes a few decades later how should they ever have been able to get people up there and even back? I guess that's teh more interesting thing: How did they come back?

OK i aint got a picture of it but i will look into it when i get board. The simple fact is that the flag should be seen if its there as it was planted on the light side of the moon. Im pretty certain it did happen through you can pick faults with almost anything if you want to.

Because the calculations involved the probes going to Mars.... & before they involved going to the moon?? Which is slightly nearer & hence less uncertainty

Coming back would be easier because there is less gravity on the moon.... So don't need all those boosters etc....

Aside from that - who cares??

err, one of the biggest events in world history being a total lie?
