hm... well it's one of the better designs anyway :P
I don't really like the idea of building another skyscraper... why just not make a huge park of it or something like that... but well, who am I to decide?

btw - the first picture is not of the winning design... thats the design by the 'THINK-team' that made it to the second place

Have you seen some of the new Trade Centers that didn't make it to the final? lol they're weird...

Norman Foster

Richard Meier

esp. that last one would look ridiculous on Manhattan I'd say :P

Don't you think after the events of 9/11 they would learn. They should build smaller buildings. They build tall becuase of space problems, but there are probably more people in New York than the UK. Well, maybe not quite, but why don't they just find more areas to build, and build smaller buildings.

I say **** it and build something as big as they can. They need something to dominate the skyline like the previous two towers did. I like the design of the hotel next to the Greyhound bus terminal:

Whoever built that should've submitted a design.

I'm sorry for your friend but, if they won't build anything, it's like to say:"Hey, terrorists, you won!".
