This is the first time in probably 10 years that I am really looking forward to Christmas.

I am staying in London and although we will be just ourselves (hubby and son) I can't wait but only because of my son. I've bought a small Christmas tree, a stocking and bag to fill with presents.

I am also taking my little son to see Santa's arrival this weekend, hopefully we will not be scared as last year.

Getting the Christmas tree this weekened. Decorating that is always fun. Alas, TSO has already been here, so I don't have that to look forward to around Christmas.

This year, not only am I buying gifts for my family, but also for every member of the department in which I work and a few friends who work in other departments. Pins for 2 friends, $10 gift cards for everyone else. I'm also thinking about sending a box of chocolates to the bank I go to.

And I'm contributing more to the Give-A-Kid-A-Book charity than in any year previous.

Hope you have a great time, sounds lovely...Im going to London the week before xmas for the weekend just to see family and the lights...

Well the tree is up ...but after 3 days I still havent found the time to decorate it !!!!!!! ... so its looking a natural !!!!!!!! LOL

I've been on my soapbox about decorations since I first saw them up mid november!

I do have an advent calendar... god love Zac Efron

Our decs won't go up until after my birthday, that has always been the tradition here...

I am looking forward to Christmas, am spending it with my dad which will be good am going back north for a few days... cannot wait!

No no, you're thinking about Easter. Easter isn't about presents, that's about chocolate eggs. Christmas however is about presents.
