Thats McLaren given up on fighting for this years title. uessing they're trying to do what Brawn did last year and starting work on next years car early.

Is it just me or is anyone else surprised at the number of new teams putting in for next season? They surely can't all be in next year. Would there be enough room!

I think there is a limit of 26 cars on the grid, so 13 teams. Could be wrong though.

And yeah, it is a bit surprising, will just need to wait and see who actually makes it! Would eb funny if we got another shock like Brawn GP coming along and dominating

No, you´re right. They´re adding only 3 new teams for season 2010. The list of successful applicants will be published by the FIA on June 12.

As far as i know the decision about which teams can join next year will take place on 12th June. should be interesting though

I think Prodrive will be one of them, they seem to have been verging on entering F1 for the past few years now.

USF1 also, they were meant to be on the grid this year.

Who knows though, it's the FIA who will make the decision lol.

Yeah I agree on Prodrive too

Wonder what the crap Max is playing at saying the 9 current teams should go and make their own series. It would have made more sense for the FIA to make a new series with a budget cap for all those teams that want to do that.
