The word used in the original German about Lewis' driving text was fieseste/fies = nasty, mean, obnoxious. So I'm not alone at all, even his fellow drivers think he is too aggressive.

How do nasty, mean, obnoxious translate into aggression?
Also, they asked the survey in German? Wouldn't it be more likely to be in the universal F1 language and then translate it? One of the meaning for fieseste is Gnarliest - and this seems to be the one that is used in all translations - which seems to be either surfer slang for awesome, radical, or extreme or referring to Lewis' appearance (i.e. ugly).
If they are referring to being aggresive then a large number of them they are clearly hypocrites.... or blind.
Lewis Hamilton hasn't overtaken one person this season by barging them out of the way, or smashing into them (Vettel) or giving them a puncture (Alonso x 2) or going into the side of them... or over them (Webber)... And he has overtaken more people than anyone else.
The list of aggressive moves from other drivers goes on but I suppose it is ok for anyone else to be aggresive? As soon as Leiws goes over 70 m.p.h. he is being too aggresive in your book.

The rules aren't unclear if you want to obey them, Hamilton obviously wants to bend them as much as he can.

Rules are there to be bent as long as the spirit of racing is followed.
