They definetly SUCK!!!! and they think they can do whatever they want to whomever they want.I don't know how the cops are in your place of the world but they just gave me a speeding ticket for being 3 miles over the speed limit!!!! (I just felt like sharing that and bringing an old post back, 2 birds in one stone)
