The Queen vs Germans

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be sarcastic - I simply meant that, because I am not aware of all the facts, I can not say whether it was justified or not. This sentence was supposed to prove my point that because I know very little about something, I am not in any place to judge the decisions made.

Then let us not argue over something that we agree on.

Why is this newspaper trying to cause trouble like this? are they nazis? as far as i know most Germans would wish that the war had never happened in fact my godmother is german and we have never spocken about the war as she finds it so stressful to talk about. so why drag this sort of bullshit up? i posted it because i just couldnt believe what had been written

Because they can say it and get away with it! No one person is going to bear the brunt of any backlash and it certainly won't damage sales - if anything it will increase them which is why they do it in the first place!

It sells newspapers and every countrys' press does it - even though it is the most heartless, gutless and despicable way to make a profit!
