in austria we mostly give tips to make it a normal price... when you pay 6,25€ for a pizza you say 6,3 so that you won't get these little (1-10) cent coins which aren't worth a thing....

Do what we did. Get rid of those useless 1 and 2 cent coins. Who needs them anyway?

my general rule is... I don't tip unless i'm happy with the service...

I remember we were in Maine having a meal, and the service wasn't great but we left a $10 tip anyway, something like $5-6, and the waitress just took it without smiling or saying thank you and just walked off with "this" look on her face...

it's a better system to just tip depending on the quality of the service as it encourages high standards in both the food and the staff

Have you been to a Canadian nightclub and seen the beer tub girls? it costs a lot of money to pay for those boobs.

No, but I have been to two strip clubs: one was free, one was not. I wouldn't recommend going to a free strip club...
