"Ain't Goin' Down 'Til The Sun Comes Up" Joshua Gracin:
I liked his non-country voice better. The last 2 weeks he hasn't impressed me much.

"I Need You" Trenyce
I still think she has a really good voice. One of the best of the 10.

"I Can't Make You Love Me" Kimberley Locke
She is definitely improving every week. The last few weeks she's been great!

"Drift Away" Corey Clark
I liked him again this week. Last week, not so much, but this week -

"Wild Angels" Carmen Rasmusen
Not bad. Her voice is weak, but she's young, and has lots of time to improve. Not ready to dump her yet.

"I've Done Enough Dyin' Today" Rickey Smith
Sorry, Rickey, but you'd be one of my bottom 3 this week. Wasn't bad, just didn't do anything for me.

"Anymore" Kimberly Caldwell
I don't want to like her. I think she's too big a flirt and loves loves the spotlight. But at the same time, she's a good singer and good performer. Top 3, I think.

"Sweet Home Alabama" Ruben Studdard
Ah, Ruben. Usually I love your stuff, but this week, not so much. Not that it wasn't good. But didn't impress me.

"Breathe" Julia DeMato
Definitely one of her better performances. She picked a good song. I think it was good enough to keep her on for another week.

"Someone Else's Star" Clay Aiken
Usually I'm feeling the major love for Clay, but this week, not so much. Not enough to be gone, but I hope he picks a better song next week.

Summary
I think Rickey was the weakest link.

Unfreakingbelieveable. Kim C was in bottom 3! What was America thinking, heloooooooo??!?!??! She was FREAKING HOT last night. That itself should keep her away from bottom 3. Plus she actually sounded pretty good yesterday. Of course when Julia joined her, I knew Kim C would survive but come on America!

Carmen survives again! WOOO HOOOO! She looked awesome today.

Ricky was in bottom 3, I hope he's gone next week.

It might be safe to say that Ruben and Clay have a big enough fan base they can just fart their way through the competition and make it to the final 2.

Simon really had nothing to say yesterday because the contestants did okay (or at least better than previous performance like Corey and Julia).

I was surprised to see Kim C in the bottom 3. Was she crying because Julia was gone, or because she came so close to exiting herself? Rickey didn't surprise me, as I didn't like his performance much Tuesday night.

Last week Corey chose a bad song and made bottom 3. This week he picked a better song and was safe, but Rickey's poor song choice put him there. I think, except for Clay and Rueben, the next groups of bottom 3 will totally depend on their song selection.

Everything depends on the musical theme now. I'm not too fond of Rickey so I hope next week's theme is something like hard rock or heavy metal I don't think he can handle that kind of music.
