There is a hell of a lot of double standards in this place at the moment and the once invisable mod team the kept things tidy has fallen to pieces. Im sorry but if joey kid was to have posted something along the lines of *poll - do you think tom really loves laura* that he wouldnt have nothing to say about it?.

Actually, you are wrong about that. Tom and Laura received quite a bit of slack a few weeks back about their romance. Also, Tom has had more deleted and locked posts than a lot of people around here. There are no favorites around here, well except Goose (lol), trust me.

No you missed what i meant i know tom got flack for his realationship (and that wrong in the first place) and his posts were deleted. That aint my point im saying that andy is being singled out and when he complained nothing was done till goose did something about it now 2 moderators had posted on the topic before this and both after andy had asked for it to be deleted that my point.

You have to understand though that just because someone asks for a post to be deleted doesn't mean it is going to happen. If we did that everytime somebody got into a debate, DC would become Backstage. When it got out of hand and just became a bickering session, then Goose locked it. The same thing happened to Tom a few weeks back. He also asked for a topic to be locked, but it stayed open until it got to the point where it was just a bitc* session. I think the entire reason people come to DC is for the freedom it allows.

Yes but if that topic is about someone and is causing that person problems because of it then isnt it polite for it to be removed?. Lets face it that topic was meant to annoy him and it was left would that have been left if it was someone more friendly with the mods?. Its starting to look like politics are kreeping into this place and that aint good.

Well Andy and I are on friendly terms, so I don't think it is politics. A CD is on the way for me from him. It may have been meant to annoy him and I am sorry, but in the beginning I thought it was all in good fun and excuse me if I am concerned about freedom around here. Backstage has me a bit paranoid. What it comes down to is that if I had locked it, people would have complained and vice versa. You can't please everyone.

LOL remmy where you mod it no matter what you do here people will complain . I understand about backstage but it nothing like that here i just didnt like seeing him singled out its no v nice.
