everyone keeps saying i should claim, i am just going to wait and see, aslong as i can get my fitness back i will be okay.

My mate tom and his girlfriend are here for the night, there cooking my tea, could get used to this!!!!!!

LOL i just read my status under my name "wanted dead or alive", had i been an inch or two futher forward last night it would have to read "wanted dead" cos i certainly wouldn't be alive, i suppose i should be freaking out but i think im still in shock

I'm sorry for you, Kev Bee. I have never been hit by a car, but I have broken my leg twice, but after both times I've been fine. I hope you'll be fine, too. It might be hard for you to walk after you get your cast off, but the more you walk, the easier it will get.

Keba thanks for your advice, i've been looking on the net today and its the metertarsal bones i have broken, apparently they are suspect to stress fractures anyway if you run, so aslong as i do some resistance work on them i should be okay, if i need physio i get that all through work for free
