And this is why I'm so glad that guns are not easy to get in this country. The difference between a belt and a gun is the force you use. This is what the whole Tony Martin case was based on, and was why he went to prison. Shooting an unarmed man in the back, criminal or not, is deemed as excessive force. If Tony Martin had hit him with a belt in order to make him stop he wouldn't have been sent to jail. All the more reason to not have a gun IMO. |
Personally I don;t care. if some gypsy bastard breaks into my house and tries to take my persoanl belongings that I've earned then I'll do whatever the **** i feel necesarry.
Until you're put int hat position you can't say how you would react but I know for a fact i'd rather do what he done and do a bit of time than lie in my bed letting some bastard raid my house
