I'm sorry to hear this, Ryan. As Kathleen already said, the hurt will mellow in time while the good memories will stay and by the sound of it, your grandfather has given you a lot of good memories.

I really am sorry to hear this Ryan. My grandpa passed away the day after Christmas, so I totally understand how you feel. It leaves a terrible emptiness inside you and the time of year makes it even worse if that is possible. Try and take comfort in the fact that he will always be watching over you. You have a new guardian angel.

Aah, Ryan, I'm so sorry to hear about your grandad. As others have said, time will make it easier. Just remember all the good things you had together and Mouse is right, now he's a guardian angel for you. Take care of you.

Ryan, I'm very sorry to hear about your loss. The death of a loved one is never easy to deal with, and I can imagine it would be particularly hard during the holidays. Take comfort that your grandfather is in a better place. If you need to talk, you know where to find me.

Ryan, I'm so sorry. I know that no words can make your heart stop hurting right now. Like Kathleen said, it gets easier as time goes by and eventually the good memories outweigh the hurt. I'm here for you whenever you're ready to talk.

And Brooke too, I am very sorry to hear of your loss.
