yeah so it turns out that it's a global thing but it doesn't exactly help me get into it

i tried to contact them and you need to sign in to email them. how the **** am i supposed to get in touch with them when my password or whatever isn't working

need to sort it out at uni 2moro but it does get updated and i'm only in mon-wed and it's an hours drive in good traffic away so im not going over there when in theory i cpould be sat on my arse here checking out whats happening.
