As for rough times, yep, been there, done that and made it out alive, figuratively speaking. Just over 2 years ago I lost my job. It was the end of a already rough period and though it was a relief in one sense, I feared I'd never get a decent paying full-time job with benefits ever again. Everything changed though in June and I'm now happily employed again with a great company and great co-workers. So there really is light at the end of the tunnel, but sometimes the tunnel is really, really long.
