Good luck with the job Inge! Like Tash said, you don't have to go into detail when they ask why you left. Especially not on the personal side. I think I would keep it formal and only mention the ethics and the way of working. When you say that very firm and resolute, they don't have a reason to doubt it or to ask for further details.

thats bullshit and you know it seb. hierarchies can get away with a hell of alot more than an individual so if you leave or are in a way forced out then it'll look like you had a part to play in it even when it was someone elses fault.

Say I leave a job because no one does any work and I have to pick up after them. it reeks of bullshit to anyoen hearing it even though it could be the whole truth.

People get insecure about new beginnings all the time. it doesnt mean shes done anythign wrong or got anything to hide.

But I digress. good luck with the new job Inge. dont let them keep you down and remember

One's self worth is not measured by others.

The best of luck to you, Inge! I'm sure you'll be fine there. And don't worry about that lazy feeling that gets you when yoiu're idle for some time. I know it, but if you're going back to something you love doing it will be soon replaced by excitement and an urge to get started!

Do keep us posted on how you're doing and how much like it (I'm sure you'll enjoy it!). Oh, and don't pay attention to what some people post around here!

I started this week
The colleges were soooo nice, really, but the job is absolutely awfull. I used to work with kids with behaviuor problems..that needs a special way to handle...well, they never heard of that. It`s so oldfashioned there.
Anyway, I told my boss, and now they are trying to put me somewhere else to find out if I fit better over there...I have to teach 2 schools now for a while but I don`t care ..I love to teach. But I need to be on a place where I can be me...and teach as I have learned.
I have so many certificates and stuff...I guess my teachers were right to tell me how to work...we`ll wait and see what this other school brings.

What kind of school is that? I thought there were also kids with behaviour problems... or do you mean that the school has other ways to teach those kids? Too bad it's not what you were looking for!
