 It's one of those events that everybody detests. If you have somebody, you have to buy them something, and make an effort you don't want to make, if you don't, you want somebody!!! I've been lucky for the past two years, as I've always had a concert at this time to take my mind of it, i.e something to look forward to (Deep Purple, then previous year Clapton).... I am feeling a little left out this year! It's like fathers day, Mothers day e.t.c..... Everybody says it's a sham, somehting invented by the card companies, but everybody is fourced to get something, rather than face the dreaded comment..... "I'm I not worth it".

Im making my girlfriend dinner and getting her a nice card
. all in all we go lotsof nights out and days away, buy each other presents every now and again and i dont see why we need to go overboard on one day of the year. anyways im making a nice tomato soup and chicken tikka masalla (hopefully lol)bet none of u knew that st valentines heart was actually buried in an estate in the middle of Glasgow called the Gorbals. It was on the news a few years ago when they discovered it (think it was buried in a casket under a church or something) just a little bit of trivia for u. shame that the gorbals isnt the nicest of places
