nah see the problem for jacko here is that the boys family have brought a criminal case against him meaning they cant get compensation from the courts since its got nothing to do with civil law.

is it the same dude that was on the michael jackson/ martin bashir interview thing??? did he not have cancer too?

I actually feel quite sorry for M. Jackson. Always have. He has everything one could possibly buy... but lacks love!

I don't know if all this is true. However, his parents started to destroy him... and then he continued.

I hope everything turns out fine, though.

With the new law that was put into effect in California, once you have accused someone of this crime, you must testify against them. This was put into place after the last MJ fiasco.
