An Indian teacher brought some dishes to the county office today. I tried the chicken and rice with curry and one bite had me drinking about 16 ounces of water. Spicey is not the word for it... more like hotter than the fires of hell. LOL I've had stuff with curry in it before and it wasn't THAT hot. She also made some kind of cookie thing that tasted like perfume, like it had rose hips or something in it. I drank more water after a bite of that than the chicken. One bite made me sick. It was really sweet of her to bring the stuff, but I'm really glad she didn't stay. I'm afraid my reaction to the perfume-cookie would have hurt her feelings.
