The War will be over quickly - America & the ppl its set deals up with will be happy. France & Russia will be unhappy because they have lost deals.

& another 9/11 is very likely..... Not only in America - but England is gonna be a high risk too.

gulf war started 24 hours after end of deadline! so tomorrow or tuesday evening, boom! Staline said:
you kill one man, you're a killer
you kill a million, you're a conqueror
you kill all men, you're a God

and Bush is only a political midget! all he does is in one perspective : being reelected! but to all americans who come here, even if i'm french, nobody forgets here the blood of your compatriots dead for our liberty. but there was a real goal out there! wher's the goal in iraq?

Well, they’re playing protest songs at their shows...... Plus Jon was part of Al Gore’s publicity, I mean presidency campaign.

I'm not aware that George Bush's track record of brutality is quite that of Saddam's! I don't recall GW bombing his own people with chemical weapons either. I guess you and I obviously have differing views on who it is that we see as unsafe in this instance!

Deffinately. I think somebody who has the biggest nucleur capabilities, and a total disreguard for the rest of the world is dangerous. A power like that needs to be managed, as Clinton was able to do...... Think of a person you don't want with his finger on the button.... are we thinking of the same person?????

Saddam's brutality has nothing to do with it, if it's his weapons that we're going to war over, it's becaue they could be used against us, not because he's using them to supress his own people. We've know that he's used chemical wepons before, so why are we acting now, if this is the reason, why wasn't action taken years ago.

One could also argue that it's America's foreign policy that's created Bin Laden. I'm not saying this is the case, it's what many people have been suggesting though, if that's the case, he was inadvertenly responsible for the 3000 on 7/11!

I think Bush is dangerous because he's stupid. We've all seen the pics, read the quotes, and I've been laughing my head off at some of them. But it's really not that funny, he's probably the most powerful man in the world, and could potensially destroy it.

I understand to a degree where your coming from Mike and please don't think for a minute that I am in anyway pro-war (I have 2 children of my own and the thought of innocent people dying is gut wrenching). I'm just fed up with the anti-bush sentiment. Saddam has played as much a part of this war as what GW has - yet it's GW that has copped the flak (no pun intended!) - IMHO.
