Default Was it a goal or not?

New topic. No answers as they've all been discussed in other topics - just interested to know how many thought the goal should have stood and how many think it shouldn't?

you should make 4 options, dividing the british and the other too. otherwise it's only a matter of how many brits vote and how many others. and seeing so many british here, this option is probably going to win, which won't prove anything in fact.

Well if people vote objectively as is intended, then why shouldn't it be representative mreto? You either honestly think it was a goal or you don't - whether you're English, Spanish, German or Swiss shouldn't really matter. You really do have a rather dim view of the English if you think they would vote for it being a goal when at heart they think differently. Vote as you see it - that was always the intention!

Yes, it was clearly a goal and should have stood.

No it wasn't two players attacked Ricardo in the 5 meter area. So this was a good discission.

When you say 'attacked', I take it you refer to Sol Campbell placing himself under the dropping ball, as he's entitled to do, John Terry having Campbell land on him when he jumped and Ricardo flapping wildly wide and falling on the floor? Hmmm?

Ricardo couldn't even jump because of that player holding him down (Terry, I think). Stupid foul actually because Campbell would still have knocked it in without it.

i said you should divide between english and other guys because til now i've only seen english fans seeing it as a correct goal. which kinda proves that it is not really "objective" like you call it, otherwise you would find people from other countries with the same opinion too.
