a letter has been released to the press that was written by princess diana before she died saying that *name blanked out* was going to cause 'an accident' that would cause her serious injury. supposedly so charles could marry someone else.

No, in fact the tunnel was quiet. The papparazi supposed to show up after the crash and were above the tunnel not directly in it.
