Its so obvious MI6 killed her.

What greater threat to National Security could there be than having the King of Englands half brother being arabic?

They were scared she might give birth to Dodi Al Fayed's child, and it was likely that the this person would have the highest of influences in the British monachy.

Also, its been revealed that Henri Paul used to work for MI6 as he used to drive heads of governments visiting France. MI6 paid him for letting them bug his car. And this was also revealed by The Daily Telegraph, so its reasonably credible.
