Maybe the rest of the team, the fans and manager are asking too much of him. They expect him to go out there and win every game yets hes only 18. I think also alot of teams are just marking him out of the game now.

yeah, i guess the team is expecting too much of him and i actually think tha fans should lay off him a bit and take into consideration his age. Bless the lad, i dont want him to burn out....thats what we dont want. He's in a struggling side and he isnt getting a world class service to him like he does at england

Exactly to be fair hes a superstar playing in a very average team. Did you see JEames Milners goal against Charlotn this weekend?? Hes younger than Rooney but doesnt get played every game.

Wayne rooney played for tjs bootle (the store i work for) two years ago before everton signed him. Every year we have a footy tournament, held in liverpool city centre coz thats where head office is. Our store were short on players, so one of our lads brought one of his mates from the other side of liverpool and we ended up winning the tournament. We was top scorer in the competition as well. I didnt play that year though, coz I had only just joined. I missed out on playing alongside him by just a few months. True story.
