a year ago i never would have thought i would ever do the things i have on my agenda now:

*working in costa rica from Feb-Aug 05
*studying in Spain (Zaragoza, Barcelona or Palma de Mallorca) from Oct - Jan

This year has been both hard and great for me, i never had so many up and downs in my life before. The car accident lead to me appreciating what i have more, as did my trip to russia. summer 2004 wasnt the best, but there were some amazing experiences with my best friend and we are now closer than ever before. and i met some of my favourite bands.

so all in all 2004 was very challenging and i am looking forward to what 2005 will bring...

Well this thread already started not too long ago, so i don't need to repeat the same thing, so here what i say now :P

Last year this time, I was down and hurt and dust
Lost my friends, lost my job and even lost the city of joy
All alone in a strange city life, I was living on a hope
Hoping to change my world and to start something fresh
And hoping to clean all the mess I dump myself in...

As 2004 start to unfold its wing, my feet start to roll
Fly for a first time into a place where I start to look for a hope
My hope start to grow, grow into reality and that set me started
As I time roll on and on, my life started to straighten the mess
But sometime I start looking of someone and craving for love...

I cross my goal for this year and reach more then I aimed for
But I know it’s not a place I want to be and it’s just a beginning
I got even higher hope for coming time and going to brighter places
Need to clean all my mess and want some love to fill this lonely heart
I’m riding my hope, but journey just started and new life just begins

Last year around this time I though what good can 2004 bring. Well a lot cause 2004 was a great year.

I nearly finished my study have about 8 more months to go
Found myself a cool job in a photoshop
Spend a lot of time with friends and family
Went to London twice and met some great people

Can't wait what 2005 brings

this time last year i had been told i was gonnna completely f@#k up my AS-levels if i didnt work harder, so i spent the whole winter holiday revising for about 9 hours per day for 3 weeks - i worked so hard i ended up with a heart condition and had to go to hospital, had blood tests and electrocardiograms and stuff for months. but i got decent grades so i guess it was worth it.
this time last year i also had a crush on a (male) friend of mine which was a bit of a problem. but we're best mates now and its all turned out ok.
another thing that changed a lot in the last 12 months was my A-level and university plans. when i started my AS-levels i planned to do biology, chemistry and maths to A-level, and german and psychology to AS-level. then i got a U in maths and an A in psychology, so now im doing psychology A-level instead of maths, which i hadnt expected! i was also totally undecided about what i wanted to do at uni, but now ive decided to do law.

What's the difference between A-levels and AS-levels?

AS levels are like 1 up from A levels you ignorant Spaniard

as you've probably guessed, law's a pretty hardcore course to take and you either get really into it or hate it. I've done it in some capacity for the past 3 years and once you get into the nitty girtty of it it's pretty cool but I doubt i'd be as enthusiastic if it was my main course.
