Has anyone else noticed when on lunch at work that everyone seems to talk about the latest diet they are on and "what colour day it is", how many carbs you can and can't eat, what you can and can't eat. Seems slightly ironic that these conversations go on whilst yer stuffing ya face LOL, personally, i am not the thinnest person in the world, i am about 16st, i don't consider my self fat, just stocky, and i am happy, i don't worry about what goes in, aslong as its nice!!!!!! Sorry if i sound cheesy, but aslong as other stuff keeps me happy, like my friends and family, so what if i pack a little beer belly!

corned beef is the shitty offcuts that can't make it anywhere else. the gristly bits and offal etc all get bunged in and that's why it's so cheap.
