Harass the warehouse staff. If I don't have anything to do, it's probably because they are backed up...slackers I tell ya

I totally agree, but I work for a company that makes taxsoftware and between July/January there is not too much to do here. So I tend to check music and football websites and just wait until it is 4:30 PM.

Well.... I'm in that boat today. Already at 10:00am. My manager is out all day, so I can't ask him for more work. I'm at a complete loose end.

Fortunately my Complete Peanuts 1965-66 arrived this morning

But even so - you still feel shitty.

I might wonder round and see if anyone needs a hand with anything, but it's unlikely to fill the next 10 hours in a satisfactory way.

Who knows. Might catch up with my correspondance.
