Some CD players don't like copied, CDRs or unofficial CDs. I had a player which was good for two years, then I got my CDRW and starting writing my own CDs, and it was knackered within a month. It won't read most CDs now, and those it does read it doesn't read too well, and often skips back and forward at random intervals. I've been content with playing all my music on my computer, but of course that is not always practical. I recomend you get a system that will play CDR/CDRW and also MP3 CDs. You can get one for no more than £200 and it'll probably last you a good while, as it will have been manufactured to play almost any kind of CD. Also MP3 CDs rock. Imagine fitting all you BJ albums on the same disc.
