btw if you just want a basic idea of the british political structure then andrew heywood is a good way to go if you can get a hol dof it.

im away to london tomorrow till monday night but if you want my lecture notes on westminister type systems i'll PM you them?...

sure pm me if it doesn't trouble you but i think i can find british books on parliamentary system in my uni's library.
