I reckon you go for it. If what she says is correct, then her marriage is dead in the water and has been for years. If he's going around cheationg, then its obvious she isnt gonna mind doing the same. So, whatever happens, I cant see it doing much harm. She might just want a young toyboy for a couple of weeks to satisfy her needs. An older woman with a bit of experience isnt gonna do you any harm, just be carefull or aware of the fact that it might not turn out to be a long term thing. The age difference doesnt always matter, but such a gap may cause more problems than you can see at the moment.

It certainly looks to me like shes giving you the "come on" with her compliments towards you. Just ask her, what she wants from the your relationship and try and avoid looking like an idiot if she doesnt want anything more than friendship.
