Have a glass of beer and go to bed. Run around the block until you get tired and then go to bed. Put on headphones and zone out listening to music. Read until you fall asleep. Lots of things to do Kathleen

headphones are half dead cos i slept with them on yesterday and they just kinda died, lol and i cant read cos the light if off and if i turn it on it just wont make me sleepy and then also to have to get up and turn it off would just wake me up again and i my folks would here to boor if iwent out to run around the block....hmmm an hour has gone by scince the first post
