how can you put on weight in the army?

the food aint exactly creme de la creme. sure it;s not a result of losing fat and gaining muscle that you;ve put it on?

Iīm not sure what you mean...but I was 70kg in July and now Iīm 85kg. I still wear the same clothes but...no place for people who want to lose weight.

muscle weighs more than fat so you can do tonnes of exerces, eat healthy etc... and gain weight because you;re losing fat but gaining more weight in muscle.

I can't see anyway how the army can make you out 15kg in weight on in 9 months with the grub they give you.

well then as i say. you can put on weight but actually be in better shape.

ive stayed relatively at the same wiehg t despite hitting the gym hard, not drinking as mucha nd eating alot less crap in the past few months because the muscle im building up is cnacelling out the fat im burning.
