What is Rock 'n' roll for you?

well...........rock n roll is in many forms.....most of the time heavy metal is for me the way to fly spiritually...i feel soo free during the guiter solos....rock n roll is about freedom....about doin something new...

No ? why ? what is Rockn'Roll for you is the question, some of you talk about attitude, music, way of life etc ... my answer is Elvis, maybe you're a bit too young

as far as being in a band goes to an extent its a way of life, i get up on stage and for however long i'm up there, i'm a little piece of what we call rock n roll. vbeing able to pkay and kick ass comes 1st over anythin. in all fairness i have went onstage totally legless and still managed to pull it off somehow but oasis' manager back in the day was arguing with liam and liam had been too pissed to put on a good show and he was sayign it's just rock n fookin roll man and his manager sed something to the effect that rock n roll isn't getting so smashed u can't sing, it's getting onstage and having people leave the place blown away by you.

and goose never fight a man with a cowboy hat., the only time i'll ever wear mine is at gigs. anyone that wears one is probably a big poff n u get 2 types of them. the little cap ones that r like woment hen the big massive ones that fight like ****

I guess RnR is just what I am.
I didn't listen to any music before I heard Aerosmith's Angel first time on the radio.
That song just made me feel good and after a while I tought I wnat more. Then I listened to some more Aero and I tought...wow.It's amazing.How could i miss this for so many years. And I rememebr seeing I Believe on MTV and I tought :look at the power.Look at the energy.
With These Days Bon Jovi became my fave band kicking Aero out of nr1.
And i really thing everything I do is at least a bit influenced by RnR.

And Rock 'n' Roll is so many things. It's fun but it's also desperation. It's party but it's also depressing.It's tender but also agressive.It's sweet but also sour. It brings you up or it makes you want to crawl under a rock. And how BONO said:"It makes you want to get out of thebad when you wake up while other music doesn't!" and that's amazing for me.

And then in the end. I must quote the biggest band ever:
"Rock 'n' Roll is just Rock 'n' Roll!"

Did you ever imagine how your life would be without Rock 'n' Roll.
I would be a different person for sure. "God gave Rock 'n' Roll to me!"

I listen now to AC/DC's LET THERE BE ROCK and i think:Good there is ROCK!!!
