I do kickboxing twice a week and step aerobics once a week. I do it through a class. To a lesser extent, the class does weight lifting, jump roping, push-ups, and sit-ups.

I run everyday, about 45 minutes to an hour a day. do a push ups and an abs routine 4 to 5 days a week.
and I go to the gym and do weight lifting for 3 to 4 days a week (not much resistance but plan to in the future)

I play hockey, used to play cricket.

Go to the gym when I can to do ye old treadie, bike and weights.

I try to power walk 3-4 times/week [for about 5-6kms] - go with my daughter usually and her dog [who is about the size of a small horse, and that helps the power part happen cause he drags you behind him], ride the exercise bike 4-5 times/wk for 10-12 kms, stepper 4-5 times/wk for 10-15 mins, use the weights machine we own and do 50 sit ups a day.

In winter I play five a side football (JOVIPRISON RULE #101010, NO-ONE SHALL USE THE S WORD WHEN DESCRIBING FOOTBALL) on Tuesday nights and 11 a side football on Sunday. Sometimes I might go for a run around the local Cricket pitch on Thursdays of Fridays.

In Summer I play Cricket at weekends, and practise Tuesdays and Thursdays. Do more running in the summer because Cricket alone doesn't keep me fit enough. I also play golf as often as I can but don't always have time. Like to stay trim and fit all the time.

Two to three times a week table tennis, once a week volleyball, once swimming. Now and then some weight lifting, sit-ups, push-ups and stuff.
Some hiking in the summer, quite some ice skating in the winter (rather ice hockey but I don't have the opportunity anymore).
