What server?

Thanks, ive heard some goodstuff about Tiscali , but as you say Jess AOL is different to the rest and prehaps i'm just used to it and the fact that i dont like internet exployer . its just the features you get with aol that i like . like the emails they are so more expresive than that of msn or internet exployer.
ok i'll give it another couple of days to think about it

well Im with aol, I can stay online for as long as I want therefore can download as much as I like.

I like the way AOL is set up and people are always there to help you , plus I get to see Russ's name in full colour.

Ive tried others years ago and I didnt like them.

Don't know in UK but in France Tiscali is the one who went the most time to the court because they ignore resiliation from customers or stole money on their account etc .... so be careful !!! They offers might sounds attractive but in fact nothing so special from others who are more "silencious", read the * on all their offers ..... Try to think of when you want to stop somewhere will you have to pay and how much, the modem is it going to be one only USB or Ethernet too ? etc etc ... and don't forget now the offers with unlimited local and national phone calls and even TV .... not all the ISP's are concerned. But once again i don't know in your area. Really the best thing to compare is to find a site where you can objectively test your number ! Maybe Hm can find it then you'll see what's available in your area and with which provider and you'll have a look on his site at this time .... and you 'll see.

But i really think you must wait a bit of time .....

Well i think its a toss up between BT and AOL .I didnt realize that other providers didnt have the home page like AOL does .I will give it another couple of days before i disside

theres one thing AOL has that BT doesnt = ME ! Surely that should clinch it

Well my mind has been made up for me BT say that once broadband was activated i entered a 12 month contract so i am legaly bound to stay with them but after that year is up i'm out of there
So from now on i will have an email address of russ05@msn.com

I know about the 12mth contract but I thought if you were not happy with the BT service within the first 28dys you could cancel, that is how AOL does it.
